Kindergarten Supplies

A large roomy backpack and lunchbox for everyday use. The backpack should be large enough to easily accommodate a lunchbox and any schoolwork that your child may bring home. Write your child’s name inside and outside the backpack and lunch box .

1 marble notebook (bound edge) Any color will be fine. Print your child’s name on the cover.

1 1" wide 3 ring binder with a hard cover

A clear or colored plastic storage envelope - 13" wide x 9.5" tall. - with a snap closure. (Ask for a document folder). This envelope will be used to carry work, notes, etc. back and forth to school in your child’s backpack.

1 set of fine line magic markers (8-10 colors) Crayola is fine.

2 8oz. containers of Elmer’s white glue Please label with your child’s name.

A smock for art work. I prefer that you send an oversized adult T-shirt. Do not send a shirt with buttons, zippers, ties or snaps. Your child should be able to put the smock on easily. The smock will be kept in school all year.

An adult sized shoebox (may be brought the second day of school)

The following items will be for classroom use. These may be sent in during Round-up or the first two weeks of school. Donations of these items throughout the year will be greatly appreciated!

1 package of plain paper plates

One quart, one gallon, or two gallon Glad Ziploc or Zipper bags

Grocery shopping bags with handles (paper)

Craft supplies: sequins, jewels, buttons, pom poms, beads, cotton balls, etc. (choose one or more)
